Initial consult with chief designer, Jim Crowley is $500, which can be applied toward a design contract.

Design contracts, which include a full set of working drawings, typically range from 5-12% of the overall anticipated construction budget.

Design contracts that include preliminary drawings only are based on a flat fee to be quoted at time of initial consult.

Kitchen Design - $1,000 for floor plan and elevations.
